The role
We're hiring a B2B Demand Generation Specialist to build the marketing engine that generates qualified pipeline for our sales team. You'll work directly with our founders and sales reps, and there's no demand gen playbook yet, so you'll be building it.
What you'll do
Build our demand gen engine from scratch and own MQL targets and marketing-sourced pipeline
Launch and scale marketing channels: paid (LinkedIn, Google), ABM campaigns, content and SEO, webinars, events, and partnerships across the subscription ecosystem
Define our ICP and lead scoring with the sales team, and set up a clean MQL-to-sales handoff
Run marketing ops and reporting: attribution, funnel conversion, and cost per MQL by channel
Shape positioning and messaging with the founders, and create the content and assets sales uses in conversations
Run fast experiments, double down on what works, and cut what doesn't
What we're looking for
3+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, with MQL and pipeline targets you've hit
Experience working with a sales team on lead quality, handoff, and MQL-to-SQL conversion
You've built a program from 0 to 1, ideally at an early-stage startup
Hands-on: you run campaigns yourself rather than only managing agencies
Data-driven and scrappy, with a bias for shipping
Bonus: experience marketing to subscription, app, or growth teams
