you’ll work at the intersection of d2c, consumer growth, payments, rewards and product - bringing relevant brands and differentiated constructs to CRED members, while helping d2c businesses acquire customers, drive growth and build deeper engagement.

build and own the d2c pipeline - identify the right brands, founders and opportunities, and drive partnerships from first conversation to revenue realisation.

carry a revenue quota and relentlessly deliver against it through new business, monetisation and partner growth.

build deep relationships with d2c founders, cxos, growth leaders and the vc ecosystem backing the category.

create differentiated partnerships that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, retention and engagement.

bring the best d2c brands and propositions to CRED members through rewards, offers, experiences and privileges.

drive adoption of CRED payment instruments across high-quality d2c brands.

look beyond standard partnerships - identify strategic, product, payment, data and growth-led opportunities that can create outsized value for both CRED and the brand.

work cross-functionally with product, growth, marketing, analytics and operations to turn ideas into live, scaled partnerships.

own execution end-to-end - zero hand-holding, high velocity, and a strong bias for getting things done.
What we’re looking for

4+ years in quota-carrying sales, business development, partnerships or key account roles within d2c, consumer internet, ecommerce, fintech or high-growth startups.

strong existing network across d2c founders, cxos, growth/marketing leaders and consumer brands.

deep understanding of the Indian d2c ecosystem and curiosity about emerging brands, categories and trends.

proven track record of closing deals and delivering commercial outcomes.

strong commercial and strategic thinking - able to look at a brand and quickly identify “what could we build together?”

high-energy, extremely driven and razor-sharp on execution.

excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to sell to founders and senior leadership.

comfortable operating in ambiguity, building from scratch and owning outcomes end-to-end.
