About the role
ElevenLabs is building the creative suite for the AI generation. Millions of creators and marketers already use our platform to generate speech, music, images, and video — and many of the world's best creators already talk about our products organically. It's time to turn that signal into a real program.
We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to build our influencer program from zero to one. You will own the entire channel: strategy, creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, briefs and creative direction, campaign execution around product launches, and measurement. This is not a coordination role — you will be the owner and operator of a channel we believe can become one of our biggest growth levers.
We are looking for the top 1% of people in this industry. The right person has already taken an influencer program from nothing to something — with real numbers to prove it — and wants to do it again with more budget, a better product, and a faster team. You have sharp taste in creators and content, you negotiate deals that work for both sides, and you think about influencer spend the way a performance marketer thinks about paid: in terms of true incremental impact, not vanity metrics.
What you will do
Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook
Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our creator, marketer, and developer segments
Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee integrations, performance hybrids, long-term ambassadorships — and manage creator contracts with Legal
Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, and give fast, decisive feedback on draft content
Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative
Own measurement: work with our data team on attribution and incrementality (we already run a halo attribution model), and make continue/pause/scale calls on every creator and agency based on true ROI
Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplifying top creator content, and with social to extend campaign reach
Build repeatable systems — sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates, reporting — so the program scales beyond you
Requirements
A proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a meaningful, measurable channel — you can walk us through the before and after with real numbers
Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X, including non-standard structures (performance hybrids, ambassadorships, usage rights)
Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality, and the judgment to make budget calls when attribution is imperfect
Sharp creator taste — you can tell which creators will move the needle for a product like ours and which will just burn budget
Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills; you raise content quality without killing authenticity
Experience managing meaningful budgets and working cross-functionally with paid, social, product marketing, data, and legal
A genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape — you follow the space, use the tools, and have informed opinions about where things are headed
Bonus
Built or scaled an influencer program at a creative tools, AI, or developer-facing company (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma, Notion, Runway, or similar)
Managed 7-figure annual creator/sponsorship budgets
Experience on the agency or creator side of the table — you know how the other side negotiates
Built adjacent programs: ambassador, affiliate, or B2B thought-leader partnerships

This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to collaborate across EST–CET timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more.
