How you can help make a better world of work

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Financial Control to lead and modernise Culture Amp’s global financial control function. You’ll bring together strong technical accounting expertise, operational leadership, and a systems mindset to ensure our financial operations are accurate, compliant, scalable, and trusted across the business.

You’ll set the operating model and roadmap for financial control across reporting and compliance, tax, financial operations, and vendor management and procurement. You’ll also lead the function’s automation and AI agenda, using better data, clear definitions, and smarter processes to improve how the team operates.

This is a highly visible leadership role. As a member of the Operations Leadership Team and Culture Amp’s broader senior leadership group, you’ll work closely with Finance, Strategy, Operations, the Executive Team, the Board, and external auditors. You’ll set direction, make sound decisions, remove barriers, and build a strong team with the capability to deliver long-term impact.

You’ll join a global Finance and Operations organisation that helps Culture Amp grow with confidence. You’ll work across multiple areas of financial control, partner with leaders across the business, and help build a more connected, automated, and scalable way of working.

In your initial phase, you’ll directly lead the Financial Operations function. This hands-on experience will give you a deep understanding of the operation and position you to lead its broader transformation.
