We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager — Events & PR to lead and execute marketing initiatives across events, PR, B2B marketing, and brand activations. You’ll own projects end to end — from concept, messaging, and planning to production, onsite execution, and post-event analysis.
This role goes beyond event production. We’re looking for someone with a strong marketing mindset who can connect events and PR activities to broader brand and business goals and build integrated campaigns around them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, meetups, partner activations, and owned events end to end — from concept and budgeting to onsite execution and post-event analysis
Build integrated marketing campaigns around events across PR, social media, content, email, partnerships, and community channels
Manage PR and external communications, including relationships with media, influencers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders
Develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, partnerships, and business objectives
Manage agencies, vendors, and production partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Own merchandise production and logistics, including vendor coordination, production, delivery, and distribution
Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams on messaging, content, and campaign execution
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in event marketing, PR, communications, or a related marketing role
Proven experience managing events end to end, including conferences, trade shows, meetups, partner activations, or owned events
Experience in PR and external communications, including working with media, influencers, partners, and other stakeholders
B2B marketing experience and a strong understanding of audiences, positioning, messaging, and marketing channels
Experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, vendors, and deadlines independently
Experience with merchandise production and logistics
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional working proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in gaming or gamedev
Experience in tech, entertainment, digital products, or another fast-paced international environment
Experience working with international events, partners, or media
