As we continue our expansion in APAC, we're hiring an Account Executive to drive new business across India. This role is based in Singapore, with travel to India required. This role sits within our Upper Mid Market segment, and we're looking to have someone in seat within the next quarter.

Who we're looking for
We need a true hunter — someone energized by unproven territory, not someone waiting for warm leads or an established book of business. This means you'll be prospecting into a market where we have little to no brand recognition yet, and turning cold conversations into signed Mid Market logos — often while managing the added complexity of building a business remotely and closing the gap through frequent travel.
You should be someone who gets a charge out of being first — first rep, first customer, first win in a new market — and who's comfortable defining the approach rather than inheriting one. Given our timeline, we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp time.
What you'll do
- Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end — from first cold outreach to signed contract — with no existing account base to fall back on
- Build the India go-to-market playbook from scratch: territory strategy, prospecting cadence, messaging, positioning
- Generate your own pipeline aggressively — this is a self-sourced, self-hunted number, not a hand-off from marketing or SDRs
- Travel regularly into India to run in-person meetings, build local relationships, and represent the company on the ground
- Run sharp discovery to uncover real business pain in a market that may not yet know our category
- Articulate our value proposition to buyers with no prior context on who we are
- Act as the face of the company for India — building initial brand credibility deal by deal
- Forecast accurately in a market with limited historical data, and hit quota despite the added ambiguity
What we look for
- Proven closing experience in B2B SaaS, specifically within Upper Mid Market, ideally including new-market, new-logo, or greenfield territory building
- A demonstrated track record of winning business without inbound support — true hunter DNA
- Comfort operating with zero playbook, minimal brand awareness, and high ambiguity
- Comfort with a travel-heavy role — willing and able to travel to India on a regular, recurring basis
- Strong discovery, qualification, and objection-handling skills against sophisticated, sometimes skeptical buyers
- Experience selling platform or transformation solutions is a plus
- Fluency in English required
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like a founder of your own territory, not an employee inheriting one
- Curiosity, grit, resilience, and genuine hunger for the chase — this role will have real headwinds early on, and we need someone who wants that challenge
- Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore
- Available to start within the next quarter
