Role Overview
Vectra AI is looking for a strategic, execution-focused Senior Paid Media Manager to scale our digital demand engine and drive engagement across target accounts and buying groups.
This is a hands-on role for a performance marketer who combines experience, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills with a passion for building programs that generate measurable, qualified pipeline. Success in this role requires a growth mindset and a willingness to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scale execution, and drive better business outcomes.
This role will lead Vectra AI’s digital distribution strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging channels. Working closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Sales, you will activate integrated campaigns across digital channels and continuously optimize audience engagement, conversion, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Distribution & Campaign Activation
- Own the digital distribution strategy for integrated marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging channels.
- Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Field Marketing teams to activate campaigns across target accounts and buying groups.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of paid media programs, including campaign builds, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, creative testing, tracking validation, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Continuously evaluate channel mix, investment levels, and campaign performance to maximize account engagement and qualified pipeline.
- Build and continuously refine AI-powered workflows and automations, including AI-assisted campaign builds, predictive bidding, and agentic optimization tools, that accelerate campaign execution, improve collaboration, and scale performance.
- Explore and help pilot secure, permissioned connections between paid media platforms and AI tools (for example, via MCP), distinguishing read-only from read/write access and building in the right guardrails before scaling any automation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for paid media and digital advertising platforms, leveraging deep hands-on experience across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, programmatic advertising tools, and marketing technologies to drive execution, optimization, and performance.
Audience Engagement & Conversion Optimization
- Develop programs that engage target accounts and influence buying groups throughout the buyer journey.
- Leverage intent, engagement, and behavioral signals to activate relevant audiences and improve account penetration.
- Partner closely with the Web team to optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and digital experiences that improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Design and execute testing programs across audiences, messaging variations, creative, offers, and website experiences.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, improve conversion rates, and accelerate account progression through continuous experimentation.
Performance Optimization & Innovation
- Partner with the Digital Analyst and Marketing Operations Team to leverage reporting, attribution, and audience insights that inform optimization decisions.
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability through automation, process optimization, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications Required
- 7+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media and performance marketing programs in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
- Proven experience directly managing and optimizing campaigns within advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Reddit Ads, programmatic advertising tools, and other digital media technologies.
- Proven ability to independently build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of audience development, campaign operations, attribution, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated success driving engagement, account penetration, and qualified pipeline in complex B2B buying environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product Marketing, Brand, Campaigns, Field Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, and other marketing stakeholders to execute integrated demand generation programs.
- The expected work hours will be 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST, aligned with Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
Nice to have:
- Experience with account-based marketing platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo, or similar technologies.
- Experience partnering closely with web teams on landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement.
- Familiarity with intent data, account-based marketing, and buyer journey orchestration.
- Exposure to connecting marketing or ad platforms to AI tools via APIs or protocols such as MCP, with an understanding of data governance and access-level risk (read-only versus read/write).
